To ensure a respectful and supportive environment for our patients, staff, and visitors, we kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following guidelines:
1.Visiting Hours: Please respect the designated visiting hours to allow patients adequate time for rest and recovery. Check with the hospital for specific visiting times.
2.Noise Control: Maintain a quiet environment by speaking softly and minimising noise. This helps create a calm atmosphere conducive to healing.
3.Hygiene Practices: Wash your hands thoroughly before and after visiting patients to prevent the spread of infections.
4.Respect Privacy: Always knock before entering a room and be considerate of patient privacy and dignity during your visit.
5.Limitations on Visitors: Please adhere to any restrictions on the number of visitors allowed at one time, especially in shared rooms.
6.No Food and Drink: Refrain from bringing external food or beverages unless previously authorised by hospital staff.
7.Prohibited Items: Do not bring any items that could be detrimental to the patient’s health, such as flowers or certain foods, without prior consultation.
8.Mobile Phones: Use mobile phones only in designated areas to avoid interfering with sensitive medical equipment.
9.Smoking and Alcohol: The centre is a smoke-free and alcohol-free zone. We ask all visitors to refrain from smoking or consuming alcohol on the premises.
10.Bodily Distresses: Report any signs of contagious illness you may have and refrain from visiting until you recover.
