On the occasion of World Cancer Day (4th Feb), Kolhapur Cancer Centre – Cancer Centers of America, in association with Terapanth Mahila Mandal, Ichalkaranji, organised a free health check-up and cervical cancer screening camp.

A total of 185 patients were screened, with 175 Pap smear tests conducted—taking an important step toward early detection and prevention. The initiative began with an insightful awareness session on Cervical Cancer, its types, and treatment, led by Dr. Reshma Pawar, Executive Director, Kolhapur Cancer Centre.
