At Kolhapur Cancer Centre, we are proud to offer a prestigious Fellowship in Colorectal Surgery, affiliated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS).

This specialized 12 month program provides advanced training in the latest surgical techniques and patient care practices in colorectal surgery. With only 3 seats available, this competitive fellowship is designed for candidates who have completed their MS or DNB in General Surgery.

A key feature of our Fellowship is the extensive experience in robotic surgeries, offering fellows the opportunity to develop significant skills in this cutting-edge field and learn innovative techniques that are shaping the future of surgery.

Our program also includes comprehensive academic classes that significantly enhance the oncological orientation of patient care. Furthermore, our regular tumor board discussions foster a multidisciplinary approach to patient care and management ensuring that fellows are well-prepared to tackle complex cases with a holistic perspective.

Fellows also have opportunities to publish the research in renowned journals, which deepens their understanding of evidence-based management and its critical role in improving patient outcomes.
